Europe managed to introduce a unified connector standard in time. In practice, three types of connectors are used:
For AC:
Type 2 (also called Mennekes)
For DC:
CHAdeMO (Toyota, Mitsubishi, Subaru, Honda and Nissan)
CCS Combo (all European brands)
There is practically no DC charging network in Montenegro yet, I don’t think it will appear soon. Therefore, we need a machine with a Type 2 connector. According to European standards, you cannot register a machine with other types of connectors other than European ones. Even Tesla produces cars for Europe with a Type 2 connector.
